Battlefield Breakaway

A highly motivational skills development and teambuilding “breakaway” for business executives, management teams and other interested groups. Conducted on selected actual South African War (formally Anglo-Boer War) or Anglo-Zulu War historical battlefields, delegates are tutored on the BMLS methodology using highly motivational military case studies and war gaming exercises.

Management and Leadership Development

A facilitated management and leadership development training session designed for executive and senior management teams. Delegates are briefed on how and why military principles have been adapted for the benefit of business and the application of the BMLS methodology to strategic and tactical planning, as well as other problem-solving situations within their own organisation.

These captivating interactive presentation-based breakaways offer the same range of battles and thought-provoking features as the full on-site service and can be tailored to last from 90 minutes to up to three hours.
  • Battlefield Tourism — As a fully qualified South African Tourism Board tour guide specialising in South Africa’s most famous historical South African (Anglo-Boer) War and Anglo-Zulu War battles, Patrick Armstrong is available to conduct battlefield tours for groups of almost any size. These tours are conducted at the actual battlefield or as a fascinating, insightful “Virtual” presentation that is hosted online, in a company boardroom or at a conference venue.
